Step 1: Know Your Numbers

Attend a free health screening to get your glucose numbers tested. Find a list of upcoming screenings

Step 2: Quiz Yourself

There are several factors that increase your risk for developing Type 2 Diabetes. Take an online quiz to learn about your risk. 

Step 3: Make A Plan

Meet with a Missouri Baptist dietitian to learn more about how to build healthy meals tailored to your tastes. We will even meet you at the grocery store to help get you started! Call 314-996-5170 to schedule your meeting.

Step 4: Take Action

Living with diabetes can present many challenges, such as knowing how and when to eat, living your life so you can avoid complications, and getting the support you want from family and friends. Get help with an educational workshop such as the Better Choices, Better Health-Diabetes self-management workshop from our health partner St. Louis Oasis. 

Step 5: Check Back
