Gifts are delivered Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Gifts are typically delivered within 24-hours of the following business day from when the order is placed. Please give the recipient's full name for verification purposes. If the recipient is no longer a patient of the hospital or is not listed in the hospital directory, an e-mail notification will be sent to you, and your account will be credited.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Monday.
Due to certain health-related restrictions, items cannot be delivered to the Intensive Care Units. If we receive an order that includes a restricted area, we will contact you either by phone or email.
Items may be returned for exchange or refund (with receipt) within 30 days of purchase. Flowers must be returned within 24 hours.
Please be aware that a message that accompanies your gift to a Missouri Baptist Medical Center patient is not confidential. Missouri Baptist Medical Center reserves the right to refuse to deliver any gift if it determines, for whatever reason, that the message that accompanies it is inappropriate. In no event shall Missouri Baptist Medical Center be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, fees, fines, penalties or liabilities arising out of or relating in any way to the content contained in the message that accompanies your gift.
Send a card to your loved one at MoBap through our online e-card system. Select a picture to go into your card, then you will be prompted to write a message. We will print and deliver your card to your loved one at the hospital.
