To schedule an appointment, please call 314-996-5170 for our centralized scheduling system and a patient care representative will assist you. You may preregister as well.


You will need the following information to schedule. Please have these items handy:
• Your physician's full name
• Your Social Security Number
• Your employment information
• Emergency contact information
• Insurance information, including insurance contact information from the back of your card

 

If You’re on our Campus

Stop at the Appointment Scheduling Kiosk, conveniently located in the lobby between Buildings A and B. Fully staffed to give you individualized attention, our free-standing kiosk will schedule your test appointments and ensure you receive pre-test instructions, too.
