Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a resource that BJC HealthCare offers to help employees and their immediate family members gain the balance to overcome and succeed. EAP services are free and confidential and include counseling and work/life services. 

In addition to meeting with an EAP counselor by phone or in person, EAP is now offering virtual care! Virtual care provides personalized face-to-face video visits with a BJC EAP consultant using secure video technology. Employees now can schedule and join appointments from their computer, iPhone/iPad or Android device. Virtual counseling sessions are the same as face-to-face sessions — a prior appointment is necessary, counseling is provided free of charge by BJC EAP’s expert consultants, and services are completely confidential. Learn more about EAP virtual care here.
