To better serve all patients, Missouri Baptist Medical Center provides the following communication services for need related to medical care. These include patients who are deaf and their families with hearing disabilities or for whom English is not their primary language. We have sign language experts, signboards, and telecommunications devices. In addition to face-to-face interpretation services, the hospital provides over-the-phone interpretation services in more than 150 languages.
