Outpatient rehabilitation continues with the standard of providing the EXCELLENT care that you have come to expect from Missouri Baptist. Our highly trained therapists focus on the latest research in rehabilitation to help direct your care.

Everything we do is tailored exclusively for the individual patient. Unique to many outpatient settings, we only provide one-patient to one-therapist ratios to ensure that you receive the hands-on, personalized attention necessary to your recovery. This hands-on, patient-centered approach is built upon an individualized treatment plan that identifies goals that are most meaningful to you.

FIT: A Continuation Program to Support Patients’ Progress after Therapy

At the conclusion of a therapy or rehabilitation program, many patients find it difficult on their own to maintain the progress they’ve made. Often, this can lead to decreased motivation, decline and injury. We designed our Fitness and Independence Training (FIT) Program to help patients transition by continuing with the guidance and expertise of a certified personal trainer. Fees for FIT are out-of-pocket and a physician’s referral is not required.

To schedule an appointment or for more information, please contact The Center for Outpatient Therapy and Wellness at 314-996-3500.
