Established over 20 years ago through a generous donation by Don Ross to honor his wife, Nancy, a retired pediatric nurse, and “the amazing nurses at MoBap,” these awards have continued to grow in number over the years. The awards acknowledge nurses of all experience levels and across various categories, including nurse of the year, preceptor of the year and rookie of the year.
