Welcome to the Ballas Boutique

Located on the first floor of the main tower, the Ballas Boutique delivers gifts and flowers to patients and employees Missouri Baptist Medical Center. All proceeds from the gift shop benefit the Missouri Baptist Healthcare Foundation.

Store hours

We are happy to welcome shoppers inside our store again. In observance with all BJC HealthCare safety guidelines, we require all shoppers to wear masks and remain socially distanced from one another. Several displays have been rearranged to allow for additional space between shoppers. Products are regularly cleaned throughout the day. Hand hygiene stations are located around the shop to help keep you safe

Wednesday – 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Thursday – 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Friday –  9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

To help limit the spread of COVID-19 and to keep our team members and patients safe, a limited number of visitors are allowed inside the hospital. However, the Ballas Boutique offers prompt and courteous delivery service of flowers and balloons to MoBap patients. Simply call us to place your order, tell us a little about what you’d like to send, and we will create and deliver the gift to your loved one.

Messages left on weekends will be returned the following Monday during regular business hours.

All live plants and cut flowers are subject to availability and actual product may vary from images shown. If the exact arrangement is not available, we will substitute with a comparable arrangement.

Delivery Information

Gifts are typically delivered within 24-hours of the following business day from when the order is placed. Flowers can be ordered during shop hours and will be delivered after the shop closes. If the recipient is no longer a patient of the hospital or is not listed in the hospital directory, an e-mail notification will be sent to you, and your account will be credited.

Medical Restrictions/Information

Due to certain health-related restrictions, items cannot be delivered to the Intensive Care Units. If we receive an order that includes a restricted area, we will contact you either by phone or email.

Return Policy

Items may be returned for exchange or refund (with receipt) within 30 days of purchase. Flowers must be returned within 24 hours.

Please be aware that a message that accompanies your gift to a Missouri Baptist Medical Center patient is not confidential. Missouri Baptist Medical Center reserves the right to refuse to deliver any gift if it determines, for whatever reason, that the message that accompanies it is inappropriate. In no event shall Missouri Baptist Medical Center be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, fees, fines, penalties or liabilities arising out of or relating in any way to the content contained in the message that accompanies your gift.
