FIT: Fitness and Independence Training for All

At the conclusion of a therapy or rehabilitation program, many patients find it difficult on their own to maintain the progress they’ve made. Often, this can lead to decreased motivation, decline and injury. We designed our Fitness and Independence Training (FIT) Program to help patients transition by continuing with the guidance and expertise of a certified personal trainer.

But you don’t have to be a former patient to participate in the FIT Program.  Whether your goal is to increase strength, endurance, flexibility, or to just stay independent so you can keep doing the activities you love, our certified personal trainers can create a customized fitness program to help you get there.  Fees for FIT are out-of-pocket and a physician’s referral is not required.
