Missouri Baptist Medical Center is pleased to issue a request for research proposals for the Collaborative Nursing Faculty-Staff Research Grant Program. The program seeks to establish collaborative research partnerships between doctorally-prepared nurse researchers and nursing staff at Missouri Baptist Medical Center. This collaborative is targeted to support research projects that have a significant potential to impact the clinical care of patients. Interested faculty will be co-principal investigators with MBMC nurses and will mentor project staff in the research process. Proposals are accepted throughout the year.
To apply for one of these grants, faculty must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Grants will support research awards up to $10,000 and will cover salary support, outside technical and statistical support, supplies, and costs associated with dissemination and presentation of study outcomes. Indirect costs associated with grant management are not covered in the award. Both quantitative and qualitative studies are encouraged.
